FREE FOOD DISTRIBUTION 

In this time of economic hardship, we offer individuals and families access to healthy and nutritious foods in our effort to fight hunger and enhance healthy living. TFSC Family Food Centers serve vulnerable individuals and families facing financial hardship who meet the USDA poverty criteria In conjunction with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and our national corporate sponsors, we are able to offer members of the community access to free nutritious food to meet immediate needs, as well as assistance in determining eligibility for programs or completing the application process to receive benefits. 

TFSC Family Food Center Mission 

The primary mission of the TFSC Family Food Center is to nourish, educate and empower the most vulnerable citizens of our community by establishing a multitude of comprehensive and holistic programs that provide critical resources and long-term sustainability to impoverished individuals and their families, and help strengthen our goal of Healthy Communities.

Food Distribution Program. Our Food Distribution program offers individuals and families with access to fresh vegetables, meats, breads, and more at each of our locations on a weekly basis. Food is available during distribution hours only, and is distributed first-come, first-serve by drop-in appointment only.

Calfresh Foodstamp Eligibility Assistance. Through a collaboration with the Los Angeles Regional Foodbank, representatives are available to assist individuals with determining eligibility for Calfresh programs (food stamps) as well as assistance with the application process. Representatives are available at each of our locations on a monthly basis, and are bilingual (Spanish/English). Assistance is available through appointment during scheduled times, or by drop-in appointment.
