Job Description
Position Summary:
To provide direct services to clients including intake assessment, follow up and
referral services. Will work under the direct supervision of the
Program Manager
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client’s
intake assessment and eligibility.
- Prepare intake and
discharge reports.
- Responsible for input of
statistical data into CALOMS system
- Responsible for scheduling
client’s physical’s and following up.
- Assist in the production of
monthly statistics and follow up reports.
- Assist in outreach and
recruitment activities.
- Assist in the
preparation of client’s files.
- Perform other duties as
assigned by the program Manager.
Qualifications:
AA Degree and one year experience or two years experience in intake or clerical duties.
Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). If a recovering addict, a minimum of one year drug free is mandatory. Must posses the
ability to perform and organize and the ability to use computers for
data retrieve and report preparation. Knowledge of Excel and
Microsoft Word is a must. Requires professional and effective
representation of the corporation.
Must have a valid CA Driver License
and proof of insurance.
Salary Schedule:
Commensurate with experience.
Evaluation: The VP of
Operations will evaluate the position on an annual basis.
