Position: Program Support Clerk
Position Summary: STATUS: CLOSED
Program Support Clerk provides clerical and maintenance support in tracking, documenting and filing of client and program data. Provides backup for the Receptionist as needed. Reports to the Program Manager.
Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Collect weekly individual packets and daily group note packets from Program Manager to separate on daily basis.
2. File sign-in sheets and group therapy notes and individual documentation in client files on daily basis.
3. Verify with activity records that all sessions are turned in and filed
4. Verify that all new clients’ information have been entered into the Master log.
5. Assure that a discharged file is complete and file away in discharge file cabinet.
6. Sort out, list and archive discharged files at the end of each fiscal year.
7. Maintain clients’ charts by funding in alphabetical order and assist in locating the.
8. Perform all other back-up administrative support as needed or assigned by Program Manager/Supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent achievement is required. Possess at least (2) two years experience with public or private sector in office/clerical field. Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to details and ability to multitask, good office appearance. Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must be able to pass TB test, drug screening and background check.
If a recovering addict, minimum 2 (two) years of being drug free is mandatory.

Position: Case Manager
Position Summary: STATUS: CLOSED
The outpatient Case Manager delivers treatment services that are provided for each client in a manner consistent with the TFSC Mission and philosophy and according to Title XXII. He/She is the advocate for each client, responsible for the development of treatment plans, group and individual sessions, crisis and collateral sessions, and referrals to other social services as needed. This position reports to the Program Manager.
Qualifications:
Must possess CDS (Chemical Dependency Specialist) certificate issued by one of the certifying organizations currently approved by ADP or shall be registered and working towards such certification. Two years experience in counseling and susbtance abuse treatment, knowledge of the addiction process, and ability to motivate clients in recovery. Knowledge and/or experience working specifically with adults, youth (12 - 21 years) or individuals with co-occurring disorders in a social service setting. Good interpersonal skills, must be able to work with and conduct group sessions. Resourceful, self motivated and able to work as a team member. Must be sober and drug free for a minimum of two years. Business travel may be required. Must have a valid CA Driver License and proof of insurance.

Position: Program Manager
Position Summary: STATUS CLOSED
The Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for keeping abreast with the daily operational status of all programs and direct service staff at the facility. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring that the optimal quality of services is delivered to clientele. The Program Manager is responsible for accuracy of documentation of all performed services and contract compliance. Lastly, the Program Manager is held accountable for the day-to-day supervision of direct service staff and is responsible for leading, informing and modeling to the subordinate staff the nature of therapeutic environment and conduct outreach and act as a liason in the community for the agency.
Qualifications:
Must have completed a minimum Associate of Arts or Science degree and have five years experience in the substance abuse or mental health field. Must also possess a certification in Chemical Dependency. Must be able to demonstrate progressive responsibility in the areas of counseling, supervision and program administration and minimum of two years management experience. Experience in the mental health or substance abuse field may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-by-year basis provided that the experience includes clinical evaluation, treatment planning and individul and group counseling. If in recovery, the individual must be sober and drug free for a minimum of five years. Business travel may be required. Must have a valid CA Driver License and proof of insurance.

Position: Intake Coordinator

This position reports to the Program Manager.

Minimum High school diploma or equivalent achievement. Must have basic knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Internet. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Must possess at least two years experience with public or private sector in clerical/receptionist field. Must be organized, able to work independently and with others, and able to take direction well. Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor in the workplace, and be pleasant and friendly to all clients and visitors to the facility. If a recovering addict, two years of being drug free is mandatory. Business travel may be required. Must have a valid CA Driver License and proof of insurance.

Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Position Summary: STATUS: CLOSED
The Front Desk Receptionist provides administrative and clerical support to the facility, and acts as a community liason on behalf of the agency. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting clients and visitors at the front desk, answering phone inquiries, checking in and logging mail, ordering supplies, assisting in monthly activity records including checking client eligibility for services, scheduling client appointments, scheduling volunteers, preparing and serving snacks to clients, light cleanup of group rooms and office space as needed, documentation copying and preparation as needed, and additional duties as assigned by program management.

Position: Van Driver
Position Summary STATUS: OPEN
Van Driver coordinates transportation services, and transports clients to and from the program. This position reports to the Transportation Coordinator.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Two years experience as a driver. Must posses a valid California class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement and insurance. Must submit a Department of Motor Vehicles driver’s record. Preferably bilingual (Spanish/English). Must be capable to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Requires a professional attitude and good interpersonal skills. If a recovering addict, a minimum of 2 (two) years of drug free are mandatory
